Preparation for the extended computer-science matura
The computer-science matura is an extended-level exam. It has four main parts: programming, a spreadsheet, a database, and theory. Each has its own rules, and I prepare each one separately.
The programming section should give no trouble at all to anyone with even minimal olympiad experience. If a student has been through an intro to algorithms, it is the easiest part of the paper for them.
The spreadsheet and the database usually take the most work. They are concrete, learnable skills — which is exactly why I have separate courses for them.
Theory is the part that is easiest to neglect and hardest to make up in the last month.
Matura preparation is aimed mainly at students who have had computer-science teaching at school. This is not the olympiad path — the goal is different, so the plan is different.

Each row is a step, in order. Where a row is marked “or”, those are alternatives — pick one. Everything else in a row you do.

Explain, demonstrate, then you solve.
I explain the topic and work a few examples through with you. Then the real work: a set of problems, chosen for where you actually are, and I read every solution you send. Approved, sent back with notes, or worked through together — nothing is marked by a machine.
